Office Manager

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to work with an entrepreneurial, fast growing premium drinks brand! Currently seeking an Office Manager to join their warm and dynamic team this role will be based in their Head Office in a beautifully restored building in Shepherd's Bush.

This hybrid Office Manager role will require a candidate with 1-2 years experience within an Office Manager/Support position with knowledge of Health and Safety procedures essential! It’s a fantastic chance for a bright candidate with bags of initiative to implement new processes and really make their role their own!

The main duties will include:

• Day to day management of the office and all utilities and organizing any necessary repairs.
• Managing third party service providers, including maintenance, HSE inspections, gardening and cleaning services.
• Organising office supplies and stationary, liaising with vendors and facilitating office deliveries.
• HSE Officer – in charge of all health and safety matters in the office.
• Overflow Reception duties - Answering and directing calls through the switchboard, meet and greet all visitors, organise refreshments etc.
• Experiencing leading/supporting an office move is highly desirable

The ideal candidate will be immediately available, who is highly personable, enthusiastic, organised and an excellent communicator within a fast paced environment.
