Executive Assistant to Global CEO of International Media Agency

Your new company
Your new company is one of the largest international media agencies, based in fantastic offices in the heart of London.

Your new role
Your new role will be supporting the Global CEO with complex diary management and extensive travel arrangements; global travel and hotel bookings, including comprehensive itinerary creation. You will also be involved with workflow management, including email and correspondence prioritisation - deadlines, reports, reminders, some monitoring, responding or triaging to appropriate individuals of emails addressed to the CEO. You will develop and maintain communication externally with clients / suppliers and stakeholders within the company's network, and their assistants, at a very senior level. You will be the first point of contact within the company, filter calls, take concise messages, resolve problems and provide information.

You will also attend events to ensure smooth running onsite, including EXCO conferences and regular calls, support for any company wide summits and ad hoc events. You will also provide support to other PAs/EAs where necessary.


What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience working in the media industry is a MUST, with supporting at Board Level being desirable. International experience and knowledge of other languages is desirable. You will also need to have experience working on company-wide initiative and strategies, as well as being comfortable liaising directly with clients.
