GRADUATE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR FOR "HIGH TECH" LUXURY HOTEL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS, £30K

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate with a minimum of 1 year solid Office and Administration experience to be part of a wonderful Team of 12 highly talented individuals within the expert technology audio visual, IT and intelligent building systems business working on some of the most cutting-edge, architecturally award winning buildings in London and the world.  This small and friendly but highly successful award winning technology consultancy has an enviable client list containing some of the world's leading hotels, offices and residential developments.  Their Founder, a simply wonderful boss, is looking to recruit a strong Office Administrator who will help support and grow the business and candidates with an interest in Audio Visual and how this connects with Architecture are highly likely to progress with the company to a Project Management role.  This is a new position which can be shaped by candidates and their specific skills and requirements, day to day responsibilities will include:  managing the office environment and improving business processes, email management, letters, InDesign (training given) for presentations, involvement with Pitches, organising diaries and handling expenses, all Social Media and Website management, some HR, and generally being part of the high-end project and development process across clients on a global basis.  Very exciting role - working for a boss who is prepared to invest in you to grow and develop your career.  INTERVIEWING NOW - IMMEDIATE START IF POSSIBLE
