Live In Housekeeping / Cook job
 
A family of five living in North Kensington (West London) are looking for an energetic and dynamic Housekeeper/Cook to help in their new family home. They are temporarily staying in a rented property nearby to their home whilst the final refurbishments are being done, but are moving back into the new home early June. Therefore, you will start in the smaller property and move with them later on this year once the house is completed.
 
The family are Mum, Dad and their three children (7, 12 & 14), completing the family are 3 dogs & a gold fish. The eldest child is at boarding school. They already employ an afternoon Nanny who works weekdays from 2.00pm-7.00pm and are also looking for a new daily Housekeeper. This will be a whole new team of staff.
 
Duties will include:
• Laundry & Ironing
• Cleaning with help from new daily Housekeeper
• Online shopping & running errands
• Dog walking
• Family cooking – you will have sole charge of this
• Ensuring the house runs smoothly
 
You must be a Top all-rounder with good cooking and laundry skills. You will need to manage your own day and must have experience taking care of fine furniture, collectables and wardrobes. Everything is new so needs to be maintained in tip top condition.
 
The ideal candidate will be Dog friendly, child friendly, discreet, organised and proactive.
 
House: 6 storeys, 5 bedrooms
 
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.00am – 7.30pm plus flexibility to work the occasional weekend. This will be shared with the daily Housekeeper
 
Accommodation: Your own self-contained studio flat on the lower level of the house with bedroom, shower room and kitchenette. You will have your own separate entrance.
 
Salary: £500 net per week
