A fabulous opportunity for a hard working, up-and-coming Office Services Assistant with a great attitude has arisen with one of our top clients, a global management consultancy.

As Office Services Assistant, you will be based in breath-taking offices in the City of London. You will support the team of 80 people, and report into Office Services Senior Assistant (Facilities).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day running of the office. working directly with the Senior Assistant
  • Meeting room coordination
  • Facilities and building management
  • Liaise with Hospitality Supervisor, and keep up standards as to setting up and down meeting rooms
  • Provide ad hod administrative support to the EA team - e invoicing, expenses, meeting arrangements
  • Answering incoming calls and transfer accordingly
  • Pull weekly and monthly reports from in-house meeting room software
  • Meet and greet clients.

Personal attributes:

  • Previous Office Services Assistant experience would be beneficial
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organsiational and administrative skills
  • Keen to learn about professional services, client hospitality and back office functions
  • Great team player able to work with multiple personalities
  • Able to troubleshoot issues with confidence.
