PA To Treasurer Job Description
THE JOB ROLE
PA to Treasurer responsibilities
- Prioritising and handling all aspects of the Treasurer's diary
- Arranging travel and bookings - liaising with the travel agent
- Organising all necessary meetings and ensuring all attendees are made aware of the agendas prior to meeting
- Supporting with completing projects and ensuring deadlines are met whilst prioritising daily activities
- Creating and drafting correspondence, presentations and communication
- Collects and interprets data to produce reports
- Input and maintain internal databases
- Preparing packs and documents for board meetings and any other meetings
- High quality and timely execution of minutes
- managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Work closely with other PAs within the business
- Expenses
- Filter incoming email and post; sorting, redirecting and taking action as appropriate
- Receive visitors and be the first point of contact for all departmental queries
- Answering, screening calls and handling queries as appropriate
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships
- Running company and personal errands occasionally
ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Skills and Attributes
- Degree required
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- 2 years' minimum relevant admin / PA experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, working well in a start-up environment
- To be an Ambassador for the company
- Experience of working in a fast paced office environment
Personality traits
- To be proactive and forward thinking with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Happy to work in a team environment as well as working independently
- Confident and outgoing
- Sense of humour
- The ability to see a task through to conclusion

PAY AND BENEFITS
- £28,000 - £36,000 per annum depending upon experience
- Hours 08:30 - 17:30 - Monday to Friday
- 24 days annual leave
- Pension via Nest
- Contracts to be revised in the New Year for potential new benefits
- All travel expenses
- Start date as soon as possible
