A highly successful, luxury interior design and furniture company are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their sales team and liaise with clients.

As the Sales Administrator you will be working in a busy, fast paced office assisting across a number of areas. 

What you’ll be doing…….

  • Be part of our young internal sales team, liaising with both B2B and B2C customers.
  • You will be responsible for quoting and selling furniture and blind solutions to a growing customer base.
  • When necessary you will work with the customer’s to help finalise their furniture and blinds selections, answer queries, obtain missing information.
  • Liaise with our fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery
  • Work to develop strong relationships with agents, aiding to the growth of the company’s sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records using our CRM system MS Dynamics
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Work as a team to ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Develop monthly sales reports for both internal and external customers
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Key skills and experience you will need…….

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel and MS Dynamics in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent telephone manner
