PA to Founder (plus 2 others), property investment/development firm, Central London

Highly organisational and business critical PA role; providing support to the Founder plus two other Partners within this small but perfectly formed (and well established) property investment/development/marketing business. Situated in the heart of the West End, you will be organising complex global travel and diaries, mostly for the Founder. He will welcome an efficient and highly organised PA who can remember things for him and remind him of agreed plans. Ideal for an experienced private PA or someone with a solid PA career used to building trust and anticipating the needs of the person/people you support. As this is a smaller business, you will be privy to highly confidential and business sensitive information, so discretion and integrity are critical to success within the role. Any interests/previous experience in property and/or the equine world welcomed, but not essential. You must also be IT literate and well travelled, as the Founder will rely on your knowledge of global locations to ensure his time is used as efficiently as possible
