This is an excellent role for an experienced Executive Assistant who would like to work for a busy, demanding and well-connected leadership Partner in a forward-thinking consultancy.

The Partner has an incredibly busy weekly schedule, she travels extensively with a client base across Europe, which means she spends a considerable amount of time travelling on or VC calls. She deals with high profile FTSE 100 clients, and her scheduling is demanding with multiple outside commitments (including speaking at conferences and panels), which are connected with her industry and help her to stay at the forefront of her sector.

With naturally high expectations, she will expect you to be degree educated (or equivalent) and be genuinely curious about the world, business and current affairs. Prior EA experience gained within professional services or hospitality would be looked upon favourably.

The Partner is very good at letting her Executive Assistant know about deadlines and provide general overviews of her workload and priorities and will want you to take a genuine interest in her projects. She actively invests in her relationship with her EA, with whom she works in a team. She encourages development and will encourage you to push yourself. As she is naturally well organised, you will be adept at working always 2-3 weeks ahead of your boss in order to make the best use of her time.

Skills sought:
• A confident PA who can raise issues directly with the Partner, safeguarding her time and pushing back when required. You need to quickly grasp the bigger picture of the Partner’s activities and be highly independent in your day-to-day work.
• A good communicator -ability to compose emails directly to clients.
• Keeping total confidentiality on both clients and personal issues.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple studies simultaneously. Long term vision and planning are essential for making the challenges of the Partner's diary work.
• Good administrator who can meet tight deadlines but still keep current with day to day tasks like expenses and invoicing.
• A calm level-headed person who will not be flustered by last-minute requests, and sometimes lack of information.
• Ability to be proactive when required to find out the details.
