Our client, a highly regarded global business advisory firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join one of their busiest teams on a 6-month fixed term contract. Candidates must be available to start immediately.
Core hours for this role will be 9am - 5, however at peak periods (bi-annually, for interim and annual results), you will need to start at 6 due to RNS releases. This time will be reimbursed.
Providing proactive and wide-ranging support to 4 Senior Managing Directors and two Managing Directors within the company's Strategic Communications division, amongst the responsibilities of the Executive Assistant, will be:
*Complex travel, to include the production of itineraries
*Proactively managing diaries to anticipate requirements and avoid conflicts
*Posting RNS releases to the LSE
*Preparing reports and presentations
*Events management internal team events and corporate entertainment
*Monitoring and collating media coverage
*Processing POs and expenses
Executive Assistant - what we're looking for:
*Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting Managing Directors or
similar, is essential
*Exposure to business advisory, or other Professional Services, would be preferred
*The ability to support both Senior Management and a wider team
*A proven track record of working across international time zones
*Previous experience with RNS releases would be beneficial but is not essential
*Excellent communication skills
*Advanced MS Office; Salesforce knowledge would be beneficial
