Calling all experienced Personal Assistants/ Executive Assistants for a brand new and exciting role within a well-known and established Creative Advertising agency!
Brand new role supporting the Chief Strategy Officer + 2 Directors, has just arisen in a well-known and highly respected advertising agency in Central London. This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative PA to join a fast paced and forward thinking agency with excellent perks (bar and gym, free classes including yoga and boot camps etc.) and a really fun, vibrant and creative environment!
Day to day, you will handle all traditional PA duties including extensive diary, travel and meeting management. You will sit with the other PAs, surrounded by creatives in a fun and buzzy environment and will provide cover to your peers when needed. You will act as an ambassador for the agency and an approachable but effective gatekeeper. Things change all the time in this agency so you must be able to adapt and multi-task with ease. Your execs are approachable, friendly and know how to work well with a PA so you can build a relationship with all and will be a real partner.
To be considered for this exciting PA role, you will be able to hit the ground running. You will have excellent PA experience (at least 3 years) from within an Advertising agency or similar creative and will have proven experience dealing with all aspects of a support role. You will be a hardworking, switched on and fun character with a great sense of humour and confidence in your ability. You will pride yourself on being someone who just ‘gets s*%t done’ in a charming and likeable way. You will be able to work on your own initiative and will be willing to muck in – this role requires a grafter who absolute loves being a true right hand support.
