Bookkeeper

We are looking for an immediately available Bookkeeper to work with our client, one of London’s most exciting & entrepreneurial venues within the food & beverage and creative industries, as the company Bookkeeper you will be based in a vibrant and trendy South West London location.

As the Bookkeeper, you will support the Group Finance Manager and will be key in ensuring that all bookkeeping across the group is accurate, complete and delivered on time.

 In this Bookkeeping role, you will cover a variety of duties including;

• You will be responsible for the management of all the companies receivables and payables across all projects and companies, ensuring they are accurate and complete
• You will assist with reconciling bank accounts with Xero
• Monitoring and reporting on performance against budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Managing customer and supplier billing queries
• Assisting the Group Finance Manager with strategies and plans to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance team
• Completing all bookkeeping across the group on time with a high accuracy
• Seamless financial planning

The Candidate

• Experience working with Xero
• Part qualified professional accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Confident and knowledgeable and ready to dive in
• Thrive working in a fast paced work environment and not afraid to roll you sleeves up
• You will be analytical, logical, accurate and you value attention to detail
