Legal PA

We are working with a London based law firm who are seeking a Legal PA to work for the Family Law team.

The position will be varied working for two partners and two associates , each requiring a different type of support from their PA. There will be a great deal of client liaison as well as form completion, billing, client letters, file opening and calls. There will be a small amount of dictation but most of this is done by the fee earners.

This role will require someone who is happy to be left in charge when the associates are out and they are looking for someone happy to take on this responsibility for their team.

The position would suit a calm, organised person who wants to work in a happy and supportive environment.
