The role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a business development sales person with at least 1 years commercial property experience to work in a fast-paced setting where you will be exposed to our client’s top-level real estate strategies, dealing with various senior leaders within these organisations. In this exciting role, you will be provided with ongoing training & development schedules.
To deliver reliable and certifiable commercial property advice, you will be immersed in ongoing training & development programmes to become knowledgeable within this area of real estate. We want our team to be the best that they can be, and we are always looking at ways to encourage growth and motivation.
Sitting within the new business team you will be targeting companies within London across all market divisions, ranging from small to medium-sized businesses all the way to global conglomerates. This is a highly competitive space and we thrive on being the best.
Duties include:
- Obtaining lead generation and new business using various methods such as cold calling, attending networking events and utilising social media.
- Researching the industry and identifying the competition
- Utilising their extensive client in house database
- Skilfully presenting their range of services to clients at a seniority level
- Arranging and scheduling meetings
- Preparing presentations and findings for senior staff
About you:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a previous commercial property sales position
- A desire to grow into a team leader position
- Driven, determined and full of motivation
- A positive and personable manner
- Confident in approaching & dealing with senior business people
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Thrives in working in a fast-paced and target driven role
- Hard-working with the ability to go above and beyond
- Successful previous experience in a business-to-business sales role
