Handle Recruitment is partnering with a global entertainment brand to find a PA to support the SVP, Finance.

You will be responsible for providing full administrative and PA support to the SVP, Finance and wider Finance department.

This role would suit a highly numerate, proactive individual with a strong sense of initiative looking for a traditional PA role with the opportunity to take on various finance admin tasks a bit further down the line.

Key features include:

• Extensive diary management and gatekeeping
• Screening all incoming calls made to the SVP, Finance
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Organising annual Finance Conference

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous PA experience supporting at a senior level in a Finance or Legal environment
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Proven experience of working under own initiative and as part of a team
• Strong numeracy and IT skills
