Exciting temporary customer service and admin role in High Wycombe

Your new company

Our clients who are leader in their field across Europe, have a Customer Service and admin role to join their team to support with co-ordinating contractors, placing orders, managing customer calls and queries.

Your new role

A temporary role for 4 weeks minimum.

You will also be supporting the team and Customer Service Manager ensuring SLA's are met. Your new role will require you to be confident with taking and dealing with calls, escalating any issues, be able to get on well with a team as you will be working within a team of 8 who are all lovely and supporting. In addition, you will be a naturally clear communicator as it can be a very busy environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Good telephone manner
• Strong communication skills
• Work on own initiative as well as part of the team
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to take ownership of customer queries.
• Strong all round administration skills.
• Ability to proactively manage a varied and demanding workload
