We are looking for an experienced PA to join the Transformation team of a leading Music Company based in London. The team supports the global CEO and global senior leadership in identifying and implementing change initiatives across the business, as well as helping to drive innovation, strengthen organisational culture, develop the brand and support growth opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small and dynamic team that is driving change and innovation, providing critical support to the Chief Transformation Officer. This is a busy and fast-paced role which requires first-class organisational ability and impeccable communication skills.

 

Hours:                  9.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday

Location:              London

Salary:                  £40k - £45k

Start Date:            ASAP

Interviewing:        ASAP

 

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide extensive diary management support to the Chief Transformation Office (CTO), coordinating an ever-changing schedule and reacting to last minute changes calmly and efficiently
  • Full inbox management which includes deleting, filing, responding to requests & invitations where relevant, flagging and prioritising urgent enquiries etc.
  • Arrange international travel including flights, accommodation, transfers etc.
  • Finance/Departmental budgets – raising purchase orders and approving invoices on Sprinter, liaising with suppliers and finance department regarding any cost/recharge issues.
  • Process expenses for CTO
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and rest of the Transformation team on relevant projects, including support with internal events
  • Minute taking at the weekly SMT meeting

 

 

Candidates must be / have:

  • Good senior EA level experience essential
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a sometimes unpredictable workload
  • First-class communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience in dealing with senior executives
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • A self-starter who can take initiative and get things done
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Music background helpful but not essential
