HR Coordinator

A lovely London law firm are  now recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join this growing firm. The HR Coordinator will operate a stand alone role in a firm of about 70 people..
The role  includes placing job adverts, dealing with agencies, scheduling interviews, producing interview packs, arranging initial tests, co-ordinating the induction process, assisting with all administration for recruitment, appraisals, benefits, training and all other internal processes.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a very high level of numerical accuracy. Good attention to detail is key for this role.

You must have some previous HR experience, working in a professional services organisation. Ideally you will have CIPD level 5 or be working towards it.

The working environment is demanding, friendly and very flexible and standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
