My client a high profile Media company based in Central London, are looking for a PA/Office Manager who would also manage social media within the business.
As the PA/OM this role supports the Group MD, alongside the Executive Assistant by providing high quality administrative assistance in addition to ensuring the smooth running of the office.
This is a demanding organisational role in which you'll coordinate a busy diary, organise meetings, maintain up-to-date records as well as juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing environment.

PA duties

Extensive and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones including personal diary and travel arrangements

Review and approve photo's from filming, press pictures and press releases
Manage fan mail
Manage all social media channels and create content
Create behind-the-scene video footage to include photoshoots, events, in addition to taking still images
Project management
Expenses, petty cash
Event organising
Run personal errands eg, lunch, travel and personal errands as and when required
Manage the office intern
Ensure statutory safety regulations are fully met including the annual office health and safety risk assessment, fire alarm testing, insurance policies
Oversee relationship with IT support company and manage IT requirements across core and freelance teams including new starter logins, email accounts
Oversee service contracts and handle invoices including electricity, water, cleaning, continually assess business is getting best service and value for money
Manage facilities and overheads budget

To be considered:
You must have experience of working in a broadcast environment in an PA/OM capacity.
