Ambitious PA to CEO & Entrepreneur (3yrs + exp)

Our client is a creative digital agency with a growing number of international offices. Their CEO is a real entrepreneur and he needs a dynamic and fast thinking PA who can support him. A discreet and proactive nature is crucial for this role and he needs someone who is used to being one step ahead, who can think outside the box and who is prepared to go above and beyond. He is a very charming and inspiring person however it is a demanding role with things often changing at the last minute so you need to be able to work well under pressure and pre-empt tasks. Duties will range from managing a complex diary, arranging international travel itineraries, gatekeeping and sorting car insurance to helping organise and attend launches and events with business leaders and heads of state. The ability to converse confidently with CEOs and clients while also being able to roll up your sleeves and muck in is crucial. The CEO is a workaholic and while he will not be calling you in the middle of the night, you do need to be happy to be contacted out of hours on occasion. They are based in gorgeous, trendy open plan offices and really look after their staff with weekly yoga classes, meditation and social events.  Some previous senior PA experience is needed, as is a proactive nature and lots of emotional intelligence. There is huge scope for this role to grow in the long term for the right person and the CEO champions bright and ambitious individuals. Regular hours are likely to be 8.30am – 6.30pm.
