Market Research Interviewer (Vietnamese)

Role: Vietnamese Research Interviewer

Start: ASAP (this week)

Location: Central London

Pay rate: £12 - £13

Working hours: 4 hours shifts between 1 am and 10 am (Night shift) - So either 1 am - 4 am or 6 am - 10 am (the minimum hours per week is 16 hours, but you could work longer)

Current Project: Mystery shopping calls to retailers to check payment types and if deemed suitable a professional service provider research study amongst senior managers.

Training is normally held over two mornings, for example this week it will be held on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th (the candidates will need to attend both training sessions from 09:00AM - 12:30PM) It will also be held on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th. Candidates will receive a bonus of £24 after completion of the probation period for attending the training mornings.

Training and Assessment

Each temp will need to attend a group assessment and training session before being approved.

They need to understand English as we train in English.

Those that pass could then begin work on Monday morning 01.

Job Description

You will need an excellent telephone manner, a flair for communication and enjoy talking and listening to people. You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently at a business level. Computer literate with good keyboard skills. Strong organisational skills and persistence are required. You will be working to achieve targets, so self-motivation and taking on feedback where necessary is vital.
