The role of French and Italian speaking Recognition's & Rewards Coordinator is to recognise representatives across the growing European market for their key achievements and success in the multi-level marketing industry. As such the Recognition & Rewards Coordinator is responsible for the recognition processes for the companies European market and assist the Events Manager in a collaborative manner with all events at any level.

Description
The Key duties and responsibilities for the role of Customer Services & Rewards Coordinator based in W. London, Hammersmith include but are not limited to;
- Provide leadership to and manage the Europe Recognition program for UK and EU Representatives
- Pull-Up weekly reports: Title Advancement and Gold Status
- Track and understand recognition and rewards program
- Track and understand shipment times for recognition items
- Organise, print, assemble and ship out recognition on a weekly basis.
- Assist Customer Services Support and/or Representatives in resolving issues with recognition and reward
- Contact owners of Founders Club and top leaders on birthdays and send flowers from the company
- Ad-hoc Administration.
- Etc.
Profile
The successful candidate for the role of Recognition's & Rewards Coordinator will have or be the following;
- Prior experience within Customer Services
- Fluent standard in French and Italian with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; Another European language such as Spanish is beneficial.
- Prior experience in event organisation/Management (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and technical knowledge.
- Project management experience (beneficial)
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Direct Selling experience is an advantage but not essential.
