Client Service Adviser, £25,000-£30,000, West End

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Client Service Adviser to join a leading Business Consultancy firm based in the heart of Mayfair.

As Client Services Adviser, you will ultimately be expected to provide high quality and proactive customer service to both internal and external clients. You will provide support within the Client Services Team and to the Portfolio Management Team and occasionally other teams within the business. As Client Service Adviser, your duties and daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Processing new client applications
  • Production of ad hoc valuations for client meetings
  • Production of monthly valuations for SIPP providers and clients
  • Setting up and administering web valuations for clients
  • Assisting operations to process and complete client closure requests
  • Assisting with client reporting at periodic reporting points
  • Assisting with the production of tax packs every April
  • The billing process for clients and investigating fee exceptions
  • Generation and checking of adviser charging statements
  • Support investment managers with client queries and administration

    • My client are ideally looking for a graduate / someone of graduate calibre. You must be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills, attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have experience in a similar administration role so will be able to build on your skills in this role.
