A dynamic and fast-paced executive search company are seeking an intelligent and inquisitive Researcher to join their team. They are experiencing a huge amount of success as a business, and thus looking to further grow the research team.

Candidates must be degree-educated and have studied at a top university. You will ideally have some research based experience, either from your degree or previous work experience. This will be an internally and externally facing role, and requires strong communication skills as well.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Strong organisational skills to manage Consultants' diaries
• Proactive attitude to work
• Researching candidates using online tools including job boards and LinkedIn
• Interview training and other training provided
• Team collaboration on projects.

Hours will be 9 - 6 with the starting salary between 23-26K depending on experience. The company also rewards the team with discretionary bonuses and company offsites!
