Our client, a boutique Private Equity firm is looking to recruit a proactive EA to hit the ground running in supporting a Partner and small team. This a dynamic firm, with exciting and ambitious plans for growth.
Responsibilities
- Extensive and complex diary and inbox management
- Organising meetings and conference calls across various time zones, handling schedule conflicts
- Extensive and complex global travel arrangements, preparing detailed and ever-changing itineraries including handling visas
- Preparing presentations, reports, documentation, agendas
- Preparing and carrying out company policies: investor communications, marketing, social media
- Screening calls, taking clear and concise messages
- Setting up client meetings, lunches and dinners
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and investors
- Expenses management
- Organising corporate events and seminars
- Database management
- Ad hoc personal support; liaising with staff
- Providing deal support
- Assisting Office Manager: IT, stock control etc.
Requirements
- Previous EA/PA experience ideally gained within Financial/Professional Services firm
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to multi -ask and prioritise
- True team player, with a hands on approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills
- Problem solver and self-starter
