VWA have just taken on an exciting new Office Assistant role for an investment fund management company based in the City.

This is an entry-level Office Assistant role and would suit an individual who is looking to gain valuable office experience in a highly successful financial services firm.

Duties for this Office Assistant role will include (but are not limited to):

  • Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Covering internal reception desk
  • Supporting two EAs with overspill PA work
  • Ad-hoc administration

The ideal candidate for this Office Assistant role will be well-organised, be able to prioritise effectively and be computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office. Previous office experience is not essential but some previous work experience, particularly in a customer or client-facing role will be an advantage.
