Crone Corkill are working on an exciting position for a Team PA to work at a Chartered Accountancy firm in the City of London. The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective secretarial and administration support to Partners and fee earners. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, growing, professional organisation. No two days are ever the same, but your typical daily tasks will include:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
(Responsibilities below are generalized and are no way exhaustive)
Ensure work is processed to meet deadlines in the most effective manner
Typing and document amending with speed and accuracy, from digital dictation or copy
Drafting correspondence
Diary management
Arranging meetings and booking rooms, catering when required
Reminding fee-earners of pending appointments and preparing paperwork for meetings
Create good relationships within the group/firm and helping other fee earners/secretaries when able
Travel arrangements
Monitoring post, e-mail and voice mail
Scanning, photocopying
Screening and filtering telephone calls dealing with queries and relaying messages effectively
Ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
Processing all aspects of billing including drafting correspondence - e-billing
Electronic and paper filing and general document management
Power Point presentations
Updating and maintaining client database
KYC/Money laundering
Process expense claims
Buddy system providing supporting secretarial absences
Processing timesheets

70 wpm copy typing
Digital (audio) dictation
Advanced Word
Intermediate PowerPoint
Intermediate Excel
Knowledge of a document handling system
knowledge of accountancy helpful but not essential
