Our client an innovative creative consultancy based in East London is looking for a EA/Office Manager to join their tight knit team. This company is well respected and known for working with brands globally. 

Day to day duties will be varied however will include:
• Diary management 
• Travel organisation 
• Expense management
• Social media 
• Media events management 
• Gatekeeper and first point of contact to the CEO
• Liaising with clients and staff members of senior management and support with recruitment duties 
• General office admin 

The ideal candidate for this role will be organisational torpedo thriving on making things happen for yourself and your team. If you are experienced in Key Notes,  proactive with excellent Mac and MS office skills with at least 5 years work experience this could be the role for you.
