Our client, a leadership advisory firm is seeking a bright and hands-on Executive Assistant to join their team

Your duties will include:

  • extensive diary/email management
  • responsible for all meeting management, including document preparation and setting up meeting rooms (lunches, refreshments, VC set up)
  • updating and management of internal database
  • arranging travel and accommodation
  • meeting and greeting visitors
  • answering telephones/switchboard operation
  • ordering office supplies (stationary, cutlery, crockery)
  • liaising with other team members with events 
  • booking taxis/couriers
  • adhoc office duties

The ideal candidate will be pro-active, hard working and adaptable as you will be working in a fast paced environment, dealing with ever changing requirements and tight deadlines.

You will be organised and have excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and oral, with a strong IT proficiency and the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly.

You will be a team player and willing to help out around you.

You will have at least 2 years previous solid experience, degree educated would be an advantage but not essential.
