What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Director of IR

Key duties include:

• Admin support covering Greater China regions; extensive travel, expense processing and assisting with meetings
• Editing of PowerPoint presentations in both Mandarin and English
• Managing the Directors diary, meetings, roadshows and travel booking; project management, documentation & sales support to the Director of IR
• Liaising with suppliers globally in Mandarin and English
• Assistance to the HR & Office Manager and overflow EA work when required

Background and experience: The perfect candidate can meet deadlines under pressure, possesses a positive and strong can-do attitude and is goal and result orientated. You are resilient, a fast learner and retain the ability to prioritise and multi-task. You take pride in your work and maintain strong attention to detail.

Qualifications: You must have fluency in Mandarin with a high command of working business English. You should have 5 years + experience working as an EA/PA/Project Manager within a professional environment, ideally finance or law. Candidates who have strong project management skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
