We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our client in their collaborative HR team.

Who you will be working for

You will be working for a worldwide wealth management company with expertise in investment banking. This company provides advisory services, strategies and solutions to meet their clients' evolving needs. You'll get the chance to be part of a progressive company with more than 20 offices around the world.

What will you be doing?

• Manage the candidate tracking system
• Write, post and remove job adverts
• Coordinate interview schedules
• Schedule candidate feedback sessions
• Prepare all offer letters
• Process all background checks
• Maintain job board
• Conduct phone screening
• Filter candidate applications

About you.

• 1-3 years experience in a HR environment
• Experience using databases and applicant tracking systems
• Strong software skills
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive approach to accomplishing work
