Our client, an established Insurance company, are looking for an Office Coordinator who will be based on Reception, to support the Office Manager within the London office team. The successful candidate will have gained office coordination experience within professional or financial services and be confident meeting and greeting clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning company who are offering career development.

The Role
Office Coordination

  • Order stationery and supplies
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Events coordinationg
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager with diary management and administration
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the senior management team, as required.
The Person
Experience within a similar office coordination role
 A Level standard qualification or equivalent.
 Clearly spoken, articulate with excellent telephone skills
 Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail.
 Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
 Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
