PA

PA – Fab Investment firm – Up to 35k – 12-month FTC.

The role – My client are a fantastic investment firm in the City looking for a superstar PA to support the Head of Investment Management in a busy 1:1 role. You will be providing extensive proactive diary and travel support as well as be hugely integrated with their clients including meeting and greeting and building strong relationships internally and externally. You will also be attending meetings and taking minutes on a regular, so it is crucial to have proven experience. This is a hugely varied role where you can continue and develop your skillset.

You will have: Extensive Team Assistant/PA experience, within a legal firm or Investment banking- however, if not, you will have demonstrable experience working in an ever changing, fast paced environment. Strong Microsoft skills are must as well as minute taking experience and a real team player attitude.
