Travel Co-ordinator & Team Assistant to Global Sales Team

A well-established sports club is seeking a personable and savvy Team Assistant to join their Global Sales team (of 10), initially to cover a Maternity Leave, but possibly beyond that, for an immediate start.  Based in stylish offices in the West End, you should be (quietly) confident, switched on, flexible, efficient and a real team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able keep a cool, calm head under pressure.  The TA role will largely entail diary and international travel arrangement, general business and admin assistance and the odd personal task.  You should be passionate about being a TA/PA, be well presented, articulate and attentive to detail, with excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ideally have had prior TA or PA experience and international travel experience.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun and buzzy environment with excellent perks and although this is a contract role initially, there may be permanent opportunities to work for the company afterwards.
