A fabulous new role is now available for a PA to CEO & Deputy CEO. You will be working for a non for profit organisation with a commercial twist; this company specialises in risk management and corporate insurance.
My client is looking for an experienced PA to join their multi-functional team and provide PA services to the CEO and Deputy CEO, managing their office facilities and contributing to the success of the team. AS PA, you will be joining the company at an exciting time of change and development as they move into their new offices and expand their services to new clients and members. As PA you will ultimately be responsible for providing right hand support to the CEO and Deputy CEO; your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Managing the Chief Executive's and Deputy Chief Executives calendars proactively on an annual, monthly and day-to-day basis, anticipating their needs and ensuring effective use of their time.
- Extensive travel and hotel reservations, collating receipts and managing expense claims
- Act as secretary to the Executive Committee, which meets monthly under the CEO's chairmanship: assist the CEO in managing the business of the committee, preparing agenda, taking minutes and following through on actions
- Contribute to staff team meetings as a team member and be responsible for recording action points arising and monitoring follow-up.
- Create and maintain documentation to monitor the team's progress against the actions identified in the annual Business Plan.
- Office Management including the day to day management of the office, arranging repairs and maintenance and purchasing supplies
Ideally my client are looking for a graduate / someone of graduate calibre that has previous experience working as a PA to a senior executive within a fast paced role, ideally within the finance industry.
