One of London's leading educational institutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be providing administration support to the information team and reporting directly to the Information Manager. You will be organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Dealing with high volumes of students daily
  • Contacting recently graduated and alumni on the phone via email, Linked-in and Facebook
  • Sourcing key cohort data and inputting this into a job gained excel spreadsheet
  • Manipulating of excel spreadsheets and databases
  • Setting up and distributing surveys on Symplicity and Qualtrix
  • Liaising with programme teams, alumni teams and staff from Careers and Professional Development Services
  • Adhering and understanding of data protection protocols
  • Providing any other duties as required by the Information Manager

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of two year's experience in an administrative role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office systems
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
