Team Assistant, Legal & Compliance

Rare opportunity for a Team Assistant to be part of a market-leading Asset Management firm. This innovative company boasts an impressive client list of world-leading hedge funds and have quickly become pioneers in the alternative industry.

Initially a 12-month contract, but with the intention of a permanent offer for the right fit, this company are seeking an Team Assistant to support their Legal and Compliance team, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

Having recently been re-branded, this would be an extremely exciting time to join during this stage of significant growth. The firm is still in start-up mode, but with the backing of its parent company - a huge financial organisation, so you will have the opportunity to get stuck into a wide variety of tasks and really make the role your own.

This substantial Team Assistant role will be perfect for an ambitious individual with impeccable organisational and attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of the role.

You will be working from a brand-new office in Central London in an open and inclusive professional environment.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Extensive diary management for team of 5 – including international travel
• Managing Sharepoint
• Preparing presentations and spreadsheets
• Marking up documents, typing, scanning & printing
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Processing expenses
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects
