Job Title: Commercial Property Legal Secretary / Real Estate PA

Salary: £35,000

Location: Liverpool Street, London

Forward thinking, expanding London law firm are looking for a legal secretary with a background in commercial property to join their dynamic, fast-paced property team. You will be working for three partners within the busy real estate department and will primarily be supporting them with carrying out searches, completing Land Registry and SDLT forms as well as providing full PA support – managing diaries, invoicing, answering their phone / gate keeping etc.

The successful candidate must have excellent IT and typing skills and as the role also requires involvement with client care, an eye for detail and accuracy is essential. Previous experience working in a commercial property team is also essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property legal secretary to take on more responsibility and potentially deal with more paralegal duties. This is a rare opportunity for a legal secretary, who has experience in commercial property, who has been working for a local / regional law firm to make the move into an established London practice a short walk from both Liverpool Street and Cannon Street.
