Fluent German Project Analyst/Coordinator

My client, a leading Investment Bank based in prestigious offices in the heart of the City, are looking for a Project Analyst/Coordinator who speaks fluent German. The successful candidate will have experience of using CRM, ideally salesforce, have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and worked within Professional Services. This role is available due to internal promotion.
The Role
Provide project support to the Senior Investment Bankers
Create and/or assist in the development of standard/introductory pitch books
Update powerpoint presentation slides
Update Salesforce CRM system with relevant information
Create transaction template materials (memo, management presentation, instruction letter, etc.); set up files on server drives
Address and send out documents and enter updates into SalesForce
The Person
Fluent German and English
Experience within Professional Services
Previous administrative or project coordination experience
Exposure to CRM systems, SalesForce preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Strong time management and project management skills are required
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrates clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to work and excel in a team environment
