Our client, a leading investment events and training company based in Chelsea, are looking for a Client Services Executive to work in their events team. This is a new opportunity to join the business due to phenomenal success. 

Client Services / Business Support Executive Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments for the organisation.
  • Interaction through telephone, email, in-person meetings
  • Perform situation analysis to make informed decisions that benefit the client and company
  • Cancellation and Complaint Handling
  • Daily reporting
  • Diary Management for the Trader Coaches on the Trading Floor
  • Account Manager for delegates attending your organised events
  • High energy outbound calls to delegates to attend their coaching sessions
  • You will be responsible for filling the diary of our trading coaches by SMS, email and telephone communication
  • Responsible for writing and sending SMS, emails to client database
  • Create reports, email templates and client communication sends
  • Basic technical support for delegates with our trading systems
  • General enquiries and administrative tasks
  • Full commitment to ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Ensuring all clients receive high levels of service at all times, written, verbal or in-person
  • Sales operations
 

Client Services / Business Support Executive Specification:
  • You must have strong multitasking ability, attention to detail and diary management
  • You must have great phone mannerism and writing ability
  • You need to have great organisation skills and able to commit clients to book and attend coaching sessions with our traders.
  • You will need to be confident, a self-starter and have a methodical approach to tasks
  • You need to be a quick learner and able to proactively identify and be a good problem solver
  • Must be detailed and accuracy focused
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Lots of energy with a bubbly personality
  • Sales or client service experience is required.
