Executive Assistant to the founders of an investment firm in the luxury goods sector.  The office is in a townhouse in the heart of Belgravia and also houses retail space and a design studio, occupied by one of the fund’s portfolio brands.

At the heart of the company they require a dependable, entrepreneurial EA with the capability and desire to grow with the company and put as much energy into organising their diaries and international travel schedules, as they will with running the office, researching brands, assisting with marketing promotions, event production and liaising with high net worth and high-profile VIPs from the creative industries.

The company has a fast-paced progressive nature and the founders are extremely passionate about the venture – they both have a wealth of experience in the investment industry and Luxury Goods sector and are rapidly growing their team.

Experience in marketing, investor relations and/or managing budgets would be beneficial but far from essential.  This is really a lovely atmosphere and the key attribute is a flexible adaptable person who is a good fit for the two founders.
