A fantastic role is now available for an experienced EA to join a leading transport provider. You will provide executive support to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Group legal Director; additionally, you will provide business support to the Executive Committee and EA to CEO.

As EA, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities such as;

Managing a highly complex and fast pace diary; making quick decisions on behalf of the CFO, including detailed travel arrangements internationally
Strategically scheduling appointments with key internal and external stakeholders, planning for the coming calendar year within the fiscal parameters - annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly
Ensure the CFO has appropriate Operating Company Board reports, briefing on meeting papers and presentations in advance
Providing high level support to the Executive Committee
Preparing presentations and reports
Maintaining and updating personnel performance information on behalf of the CFO
Providing full cover for the EA to CEO in their absence
In order to be considered for this role, my client is looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role supporting senior executives and Board members. Ideally, my client is looking for someone with a secretarial or PA certification, or someone with a degree / of degree calibre. It is essential that you have strong communication skills, outstanding organisation skills, confidence and the ability to push back when required.
