Are you an experienced PA with a legal background? One of our clients, a Family Office based in Central London, are seeking an experienced PA to join their small team. Duties will be legal, financial and administrative based and will include:

  • Formatting and proof reading documents
  • Preparing investment memorandums within excel
  • Supporting accountant and reconciliation of accounts
  • Maintaining updated corporate files and records
  • Answering telephones
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Booking travel and arranging visas
  • Managing diaries and arranging meetings

All tasks required of the PA are deemed important and must be handled quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate must therefore be extremely organised with strong attention to detail along with the ability to  priorities and multi-task. You must be able to work within a team and take direction whilst also working individually.
