One of our clients, a Creative Agency based in central London, are seeking a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to join their fun team where they have the opportunity to grow experience in all areas of people management.
Duties will include:
• Supporting senior management
• Property management
• Booking travel and organising events
• Managing diaries for all meeting room bookings
• Liaising with external contractors
The ideal candidate for this role must be confident engaging and communicating with clients and be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills. You must be have a strong understanding of PowerPoint and Excel, be able to work well under pressure and be able to maintain discretion and a professional, polite manner throughout.
