An Office Manager job in Aztec West Bristol, for a salary ranging from £25,000-£35,000.

Your new company
You will be working for a well-established international company that operate in 9 counties, they are leaders within their market who have a fantastic product, but they are also committed to excellence and dedication to customer service. The Bristol office is a small team of 7 individuals, although small they still go out on team building exercises, dinners and go out on social occasions. This role will require you to complete 1 weeks training outside of the UK at the companies HQ, this will be booked and paid for by the company.

Your new role
This role of Office Manager has 3 components to the role which are the following:

  • Customer service & Logistical Duties- this will involve creation of new suppliers and customer accounts on SAP, following up on delivery schedules, dealing with the logistics of shipping from HQ and other manufacturing locations, updating customers and engineers on delivery schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Financial Duties-Following up outstanding debt, producing customer billing documents, positing to the EPR system and liaising with various departments to ensure everything this up to date and generating PO numbers.
  • Administrative Duties- Answering the telephone, company insurance renewals, ordering office supplies and general adhoc duties.

  • What you'll need to succeed
    You will need to have a substantial amount of experience, with ideally having previous logistic or customer service experience. In addition, you will need to have experience with SAP or a similar ERP system such as Oracle plus be proficient with Microsoft Office. If you were to have experience within an engineering company, this would be desirable.

    What you'll get in return
    You will receive a salary of £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience and fit for the role. In addition, you will receive 23 days holiday which incrementally increases with length of service plus other benefits.
