An IT Managed Services Provider based in Central London is looking to recruit an Office Assistant to provide first class customer service and administrative support. The post holder will be tasked with being the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, handling and prioritising customer queries, preparing customer contracts and service renewals, customer invoicing and payment processing and other general administrative duties. The post holder will be educated to A level standard or equivalent with previous experience within office administration. You will be a customer service champion with the ability to deal with clients in a professional and timely manner. Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal are essential along with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

This is a temp to perm opportunity.
