Page Personnel is recruiting a PA role for a professional services firm for a 9month FTC based in the West End. This is a part time role for 2-3 days per week depending on what works for the candidate.

Client Details

They are a small professional services firm based in stunning offices in the West End. There are 6 in the office but you are located in larger offices of the investors of the firm. The office is multi national, the team are very friendly but incredibly hard working and busy.

Description

You will support all the office there who are all the senior members of the firm including CEO and CFO. You will book travel stay on top of 6 diaries and making sure that the office runs smoothly.

Please note - this is a 2-3 day per week role, 9 month FTC

Profile

You will:

• Have worked as a PA in a smaller environment
• Supported busy and senior people
• Be used to really working under your own initiative and not asking for instructions
• Be able to always be one step ahead of your bosses and ensure that their lives run more easily

Job Offer

£38,000- £44,000 (pro-rata and dependent on the candidate)
