An exciting opportunity to join a global bank located in the City supporting the Head of Transaction Banking and wider team in a very fast paced environment.
This is an extremely busy role and so required an experienced Team Assistant / PA who has supported Senior MD's in their previous role, preferably within banking or financial services
Duties include;
Extensive diary management for the Head with some adhoc for direct reports as required
In box management
Booking and arranging external client meetings, lunches and dinners
Arranging international travel, preparing itineraries and organising Visa's
Processing expenses as required
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholder
Setting up new starters and liaising with relevant departments to ensure relevant system access
Create and collate documents for committee meetings as required
Team support - booking travel, organising lunches, processing expenses
The successful Team Assistant will have proven PA/Office Management experience in a banking/financial environment.
