A Mayfair based Wealth Management firm is looking for an Administrator / Office Manager to join their small yet close-knit team of 3 people.
This role is a new role within the team due to growth. The Administrator / Office Manager will be helping to onboard clients, updating details on the database, prepping client reports and helping prepare for client meetings. They will also be answering and forwarding calls, meeting and greeting, booking meetings and looking after all photocopying, filing and scanning.
The successful candidate will have fantastic communications skills – both spoken and written. They will have a numerical brain, and will be super organised and able to multi-task.
They are offering £35k for this role, with a discretionary bonus, pension, life assurance, and private medical insurance.
