Junior Legal PA for Head of Department @ US Law Firm to £35,000

US law firm is looking to hire a new Legal PA to support the Head of one of their corporate departments in addition to two Associates, ideally looking for applicants who are still on their way up through their Legal PA/Secretarial career with at least 12 months experience as the Partner is keen to develop a relationship with an enthusiastic and proactive hire who will care about their role who will develop and learn whilst working in the role. This role will be very heavy on diary management; including travel, flights and itinerary management, also you will be tasked with producing/amending legal documents/client letters/emails.  This team is one of the most highly thought of legal groups in Europe and their standards are incredibly high however the department is very much collegiate and team-playing so someone with the attitude of no job too big or too small plus wants a career as a legal PA at one of the world’s best law firms.   Offices are housed in the City with standard hours 9:30 – 17:30.  Salary is flexible with a top-end of around the £35,000 mark dependent upon experience and current salary.   This is an opportunity second to none for someone keen, enthusiastic and wanting to further their career.
